The browser demonstration
The Evidence Desk displays predefined illustrative scenarios. It does not execute your project, accept code or evidence uploads, connect to a verification backend, or create an account. Clicking its copy button writes the displayed illustrative JSON to the browser clipboard. Clipboard access is requested only by that action; the site does not read your clipboard.
The site code does not implement analytics, advertising trackers, application cookies, local storage or a contact form. Fonts and illustration assets are served with the website. Following an external link sends your browser to that provider, which applies its own privacy terms.
Hosting and request data
This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and technical request metadata. Cloudflare states that network metadata is processed in data centres in the United States and Europe for a limited period. The legal basis for operating and securing the website is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare and relevant service providers may receive this data.
Cloudflare’s published Data Processing Addendum describes processing terms and transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Cloudflare’s own documents govern its retention of request metadata; the operator does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, Zaraz, advertising or other optional tracking for this website.

External services and contact
GitHub links are ordinary links, not embedded widgets. When you follow one, GitHub receives your request under its own privacy terms.
If you email the contact address, the operator uses your message and sender details to respond to the enquiry. The mailbox is provided by Gmail, operated by Google; Google processes email data under its own terms and privacy policy. The legal basis is the operator’s legitimate interest in responding to project enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps at your request before a contract where relevant (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The operator deletes correspondence after the enquiry is resolved, unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Google privacy policy
Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Use the privacy contact above to exercise these rights.
You may complain to a supervisory authority. The Baden-Württemberg data protection authority provides complaint information.
The browser demonstration requires no account or submission of project data. A publicly hosted page receives the technical request needed to deliver it. The illustrative demo does not make an actual decision about a person, their code or their project. Amabie product usage is separate from this website demonstration.
